Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are expanding our product capabilities in AI and Accounting. We are looking for a highly capable Business Analyst (AI & Accounting) to join our team and independently drive the design, analysis, and strategic delivery of the next generation of intelligent financial tools.

You will be the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and developers—ensuring AI-driven features and accounting solutions are delivered with accuracy, usability, and business value. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements for AI features and accounting modules. 
• Define and own the functional and non-functional requirements for large-scale accounting modules, including multi-entity company management, granular user roles, advanced reporting, and integration architecture. 
• Drive collaboration with Product Owners, designers, and developers to refine workflows, manage trade-offs, and ensure technical feasibility. 
• Design and execute comprehensive acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple stakeholder groups. 
• Ensure strict alignment with regulatory compliance, enhanced KYC/AML policies, and complex payment operations standards. 

Requirements:

• Thai Nationality.
• 1-3+ years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive.Familiarity with documenting requirements, workflows, and user stories. 
• Full oral and writing proficiency in English.
