Job Description:

You’ll join the Customer Solutions team and be one of the main people our clients talk to day-to-day. Your job is to listen, understand their situation, and help them find the right answer or next step — whether it’s about payments, cards, company setup, or accounting.

This role is ideal for someone who likes solving problems, is patient with people, and wants to learn how support works inside a fast-growing fintech.

Fresh graduates who are confident communicators are very welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client questions via email, chat, and phone in a clear and professional way.
  • Help clients get the most use of our products (business accounts, cards, company creation, and accounting services).
  • Investigate issues with internal teams and follow through until the client gets a proper answer.
  • Keep records and internal tools updated with accurate client information and conversation notes.
  • Notice recurring questions or issues and share feedback with the team to improve processes and features.
  • When appropriate, suggest other Statrys services that could genuinely help the client’s situation.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Team player with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
