Job Description:

You’ll join the Client Onboarding team — the first line of contact for new clients joining Statrys. Your role is to understand how businesses operate, review their applications, and ensure everything meets our compliance and regulatory standards. You’ll play a key part in shaping the client experience by helping businesses get started smoothly and securely.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has a sharp eye for detail, and wants to learn how onboarding and compliance work inside a fast-growing fintech.

Fresh graduates who are curious about business analysis and compliance are very welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify client applications and documents (IDs, corporate documents, invoices, contracts, etc.)
• Understand and assess different business models, revenue streams, and transaction flows.
• Conduct due diligence (CDD/KYC) checks in line with internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Compliance, Operations, and Payments teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Communicate with clients via email to request, review, and clarify information.
• Maintain accurate, organised, and audit-ready client records.
• Spot recurring issues and share feedback to improve our onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Strong business understanding with the ability to interpret company structures, business models, and transaction patterns
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable making sound judgments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
