Job Description:

You’ll be part of the Sales team and help manage both new leads and existing clients. Your main goal is to follow up with potential clients, assist with renewals, and make sure all information is kept up to date in our CRM system. You’ll also make calls, send messages, and help keep the sales pipeline organised.

This is a great entry-level role for someone who wants to learn how a fintech sales team works, from first contact to client renewal, while building strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact new leads by email, WhatsApp, or phone to confirm eligibility and collect missing details.
  • Follow up with existing clients about renewals or additional services.
  • Make calls to confirm client information or schedule meetings.
  • Keep the CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate notes and activities.
  • Track daily and weekly follow-ups and client updates.
  • Help prepare simple weekly reports on client progress.
  • Support the Sales team with data entry and contact organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable speaking with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Ability to stay organised and manage multiple follow-ups at the same time.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and clean data, and comfortable working with numbers
  • Previous internship or experience in sales, customer service, admin, or operations (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes or customer support.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
