Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content that strengthens Statrys’ brand, supports our content strategy, and engages founders, SMEs, and international entrepreneurs.

This role suits someone who understands how social media supports business goals—not just engagement—and who can turn complex fintech topics into clear, relevant, and consistent content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across Statrys’ platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X)
  • Adapt blog articles, guides, reports, and product updates into engaging social media posts tailored to each platform
  • Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and marketers to ensure consistent messaging and visuals
  • Write clear, concise captions that align with Statrys’ brand voice and speak directly to founders and SMEs
  • Support campaign launches, thought-leadership content, and promotional initiatives through social media
  • Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide regular insights and improvement suggestions
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices relevant to B2B and fintech
  • Engage with comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
  • Manage multiple content streams while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced fintech environment

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses (B2B experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and performance metrics
  • Experience working with scheduling and analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a wider marketing team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in fintech, finance, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn-first or B2B social strategies
  • Basic understanding of paid social or campaign support
  • Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form posts
