Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas, briefs, and brand guidelines into clear, engaging visuals across digital channels.

This role suits someone who can balance creativity with structure—someone who understands branding, communicates visually with purpose, and can deliver consistently high-quality work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets for Statrys’ digital marketing channels, including the website, blog, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media
• Create visuals that support fintech and SME-focused content, such as explainers, comparison charts, infographics, and data-led illustrations
• Design branded materials for product launches, new features, reports, and thought-leadership content
• Produce sales and client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and onboarding documents for SMEs and founders
• Ensure visual consistency across all Statrys touchpoints in line with brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and product teams to translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible visuals
• Support performance marketing with assets for paid ads, banners, and campaign visuals
• Manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced fintech environment while meeting deadlines
• Prepare and optimise design files for web and digital use

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a graphic design role (in-house, agency, or freelance)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and branding principles
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for input
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
