Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team in our Bangkok office.

You’ll help design intuitive, elegant, and scalable experiences across our digital platforms — from onboarding flows and dashboards to marketing interfaces.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment, working closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to turn ideas into functional, user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive, user-centred interfaces and improve existing features.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and test ideas effectively.
• Translate business requirements and user feedback into clear, actionable design improvements.
• Participate in UX research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Contribute to the design system by maintaining visual consistency and pixel-perfect execution across platforms.
• Support the design team in preparing specifications, design assets, and developer handoffs.
• Explore and leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., for ideation, content generation, layout optimisation) to enhance design speed and quality.
• Stay curious about new design trends, emerging technologies, and UX methodologies that drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (internship or agency experience welcome).
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and interaction design principles.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Figma Make, Uizard, or similar) and a willingness to experiment with new design workflows.
• Understanding of usability testing, responsive design, and component-based systems.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both design thinking and strong visual execution — from problem definition to polished interface.
