Job Description:

We are looking for a Growth Manager who combines strong relationship management with a sales-driven mindset. This role is focused on protecting and growing revenue: ensuring timely renewals, delivering an exceptional client experience, and expanding accounts through proactive engagements.

You’ll take a commercial approach to client success, responding to client needs while creating new opportunities. You'll turn satisfied clients into long-term, high-value partners by leading efforts in cross-selling (suggesting complementary products or services) and upselling (recommending premium or upgraded versions).

Alongside client management, you’ll bring an outbound sales focus: identifying “white space” in existing accounts, engaging clients proactively, and delivering persuasive pitches to maximise revenue, increase customer value, and strengthen loyalty. A key part of this role is also driving operational excellence through customer success, building the systems and processes that power a best-in-class renewal and revenue expansion engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and renewal, specifically targeting SME clients.
  • Refine sales playbooks and processes to optimise conversion rates and minimise churn metrics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams ( marketing, product, ops) running fast sprints to align growth initiatives and partner with C-level decision-makers for real-time impact.
  • Experiment with creative growth tactics—A/B testing, content and channel campaigns, rapid scaling hacks—to drive active subscriptions and retention.
  • Build relationships with SME founders and decision-makers, tailoring value-driven solutions that solve their pain points.
  • Up your storytelling game—be the face and voice for our SaaS brand at meetups, demo days, and startup events.

Requirements:

  • Prior wins in SaaS enterprise sales, especially with SMEs, and a hunger to try new methods to generate results.
  • Strong commercial mindset with success in upselling, cross-selling, and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Expertise in full-funnel sales and data-driven growth experimentation.
  • Fluency with CRM software (HubSpot, Aircall), analytics platforms, and sales automation tools.
  • Comfort with failure (and learning fast), adaptability, and contagious energy in high-paced environments. But has also proven ability to deliver results in a structured, professional, and KPI-focused environment.
  • Excellent comms skills across pitches, decks, and demo calls.
  • Self-direction, entrepreneurial spirit, and belief in team-driven wins.

Optional Requirements:

  • Experience in Financial/accounting services, B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of automation tools or processes to streamline renewals and account growth workflows.
