What's included in the SGD 2,700 corporate services package?
Everything required to incorporate and operate a Singapore company: ACRA filing and name check (SGD 315), company secretary services, Annual General Meeting preparation, Annual Return filing (including the SGD 60 government fee), registered address, virtual mailroom, and 24/7 access to your company portal — all for one financial year. No hidden costs, and a fee refund guarantee if Statrys makes a mistake.
How long does it take to incorporate a Singapore company?
The process is handled entirely online. Once your documents are submitted, incorporation is typically completed within a few working days, subject to ACRA processing times.
How are accounting fees calculated in Singapore?
Fees are based on your total number of transactions per year, not monthly like Hong Kong. Tiers start at 0–25 transactions per year (SGD 995/year) and scale up to 800 transactions. Above 800, pricing is custom. You are billed on a yearly basis.
What if I need a Nominee Director?
Statrys offers a Nominee Director service at SGD 1,800 per financial year. This is an optional add-on, separate from the core corporate services package.
Is there a monthly fee for the business account?
No. The Statrys Singapore business account has no monthly fee, no minimum deposit, and no maximum transaction amount. It supports 11 currencies — SGD, HKD, USD, EUR, CNY, GBP, JPY, AUD, CHF, NZD, and CAD.
What does it cost to send and receive international payments?
International SWIFT payments cost SGD 5 to collect and SGD 20 to send, across 120+ countries and 11 currencies. For local currency transfers — including USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, INR, and several Southeast Asian currencies — fees start from SGD 4 per transfer. Domestic Singapore payments via FAST cost SGD 1.50.
