Job Description:

We are looking for analytical, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy understanding how businesses work. You will be responsible for reviewing client applications, assessing business models, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, playing a key role in shaping the client experience at Statrys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Conduct due diligence (CDD/KYC) for new clients, verifying identities and assessing business activities in line with internal and regulatory standards.
• Business Analysis: Evaluate business models, revenue streams, and transaction flows to ensure alignment with Statrys’ risk framework.
• Periodic Reviews: Maintain ongoing compliance by updating client profiles and identifying potential red flags.
• Document Verification: Review and analyse corporate documents (IDs, incorporation docs, financial statements, invoices, contracts, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Compliance, Operations, and Payments teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Client Communication: Engage directly with clients (mainly by email) to request, review, and clarify information in a professional manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, organised, and audit-ready KYC files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and business acumen are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, AML, Compliance, Banking, or Fintech is an advantage.
• Strong business understanding, with the ability to analyse company structures, business models, and transaction patterns.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
