Can I both send and collect with local accounts?

Yes. Local accounts work in both directions.

You can receive payments from clients using local payment rails, and you can send payments to suppliers or partners using the same local rails. GBP (UK) and EUR (Germany and Luxembourg/SEPA) outbound payments are free.
