What's included in the HKD 7,875 incorporation package?
Everything needed to get your Hong Kong company legally operational: incorporation filings, all government fees (HKD 3,750), a registered address, company secretary services, company chops, and assistance with your business account application — for one financial year. No hidden charges.
How long does it take to incorporate?
Your company is typically up and running within 5 working days. The entire process is 100% online — no branch visits, no in-person signatures required.
How are accounting fees calculated?
Fees are based on the number of transactions on your statement each month, not on revenue or estimates. Tiers start at 0–2 transactions per month (HKD 891.67/mo) and scale up to 65 transactions. Above 65, pricing is custom. You pay for actual activity — nothing more.
What if my transaction volume changes month to month?
That's exactly what the model is designed for. Your tier is reviewed based on your average monthly transactions over the last 3 months, so seasonal businesses and early-stage companies aren't locked into a plan that doesn't reflect their actual activity.
Does the business account come with the incorporation package?
Assistance with your business account application is included. Account opening is subject to approval, but the application is handled directly through the Statrys platform — no separate onboarding with another provider.
Can I hold and send money in multiple currencies?
Yes. The Statrys business account supports 11 currencies — HKD, USD, EUR, CNY, SGD, JPY, GBP, CHF, AUD, NZD, and CAD — and allows payments to over 120 countries.
