The incorporation timeline is subject to ACRA’s review and approval. For most straightforward cases, incorporation is typically completed within 1–5 business days after submission, provided all required information and documents are complete, and no further clarification is required by ACRA.
How does the process work?
- Online application & payment: Submit your application and payment through our website. The entire application process is 100% online.
- Onboarding & document submission: After payment, you will complete the onboarding form, upload the required documents (passport and proof of address dated within the last 3 months), and book an onboarding call with our team.
In certain cases, additional KYC information or certified true copies (CTC) of documents may be required before the incorporation documents can be finalised, depending on regulatory requirements. - Document execution & submission to ACRA: Following the onboarding call, we will prepare the incorporation documents and send them to you for digital signature. Once executed, the application will be submitted to ACRA.
- Successful incorporation: Upon approval by ACRA, the Company will be officially incorporated, and a Unique Entity Number (UEN) will be issued.
Following the call, we will send you the incorporation documents for your digital signature. Your company will be officially incorporated within 5 business days. The total cost of our company incorporation package is SGD 3,500, which includes:
