What is the inactivity fee?

While there is no standard monthly fee for your account, an inactivity fee of HKD 88 will apply if no qualifying outbound payments are made within a given month. You can easily avoid this fee by ensuring that at least five qualifying outbound transactions are completed each month.

If your account remains inactive for over 3 consecutive months with an outstanding fee pending, it may be classified as dormant and subject to closure.
