What is the Corporate Services fee?
The Corporate Services Fee is an annual fee that covers all essential services to ensure your business stays compliant with statutory requirements.
The fee includes:
- Holding Annual General Meetings (AGMs), recording minutes and resolutions
- Preparation of pre & post-incorporation documents & Corporate Secretary Services
- Preparation and filing of Annual Return (includes SGD 60 government fee)
- Maintenance of the statutory records & Corporate secretary support
- Statutory Records and Documents Portal (Remote Access)
- Registered Address & Virtual Mailroom Services
The Corporate Services Fee is SGD 985 per year and will be charged when you appoint Statrys as your company secretary.
