Job Description:

As we expand into Singapore and the EU (France), we’re growing our Customer Solutions Team to ensure every client receives responsive, personalised, and solution-oriented support.

As a Customer Solutions Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience — assisting users across email, chat, and phone, solving inquiries efficiently, and helping them make the most of Statrys’ products and services. You’ll play a key role in building trust, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Expertise: Grow into a domain expert on our products — including business accounts, company creation, and accounting services — enabling you to guide clients in effectively applying for and using these solutions.
  • Deliver Support: Provide articulate and solution-oriented assistance to clients across multiple channels, including email, phone, and website chat, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Resolve Client Issues: Actively assist clients in overcoming challenges, offering personalised support and guidance to ensure smooth resolution and a positive overall experience with our services.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce additional Statrys products or services that align with prospect or client needs, contributing to both client satisfaction and business growth through subtle upselling and solution-based recommendations.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products to communicate effectively with clients, providing accurate information and tailored advice that meets their needs.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with stakeholders in Product, Compliance, and Tech teams to address client feedback and ensure concerns are promptly resolved and used to enhance our offerings.
  • Propose Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and tools based on client interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to implement these improvements, elevating the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or as an Account Manager.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Team player with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
