What should I do if the bank of my payee doesn't have a SWIFT code?

When adding a payee, our operating bank requires the SWIFT code of the payee bank to process payments successfully. If the payee's bank doesn't have a SWIFT code, we advise them to contact their bank and inquire about receiving international payments through SWIFT. Without a valid SWIFT code, our custodian bank will be unable to execute the payment.
