Why does my payee still see Statrys name on their payment advice instead of my company name?

The appearance of your company name in your business partners’ payment advice depends largely on the bank they are using. At Statrys, we include your company information in the transaction details, and your company name will generally appear on a best-effort basis when funds are received.

However, in some cases, such as when using a local FAST method, they may still see Statrys' name on their payment advice.

To resolve this, we can generate a payment advice document for you to share with your payee. This document will show that the payment is originating from your company.
