What should I receive after my company is registered?
After your company is registered you will receive the following documents from our Company Secretary department:
- Certificate of incorporation of the company
- Business Registration
- Articles of Association
The documents can be provided in hard copy or online certificate. Our Company Secretary department will prepare other post-incorporation documents to help your company be compliant in Hong Kong, including Certificates of Shares, Significant Controller Register, company chops, etc.
