What can an Approver Admin do?
An Approver Admin is a user with all permissions available to a Transaction Approver, plus additional administrative permissions to manage team access and Virtual Account access.
Key Features for Approver Admin:
- View all Virtual Accounts across the company
- Invite new users to any Virtual Account
- Assign users to specific Virtual Accounts
- Modify or remove user access to Virtual Accounts
- Request new accounts on behalf of the company
- Approve and cancel pending transfer
- Download statements for all virtual accounts under the company
The applicant will automatically become the Approver Admin once the account is set up.
