How do I report fraud, lost or stolen cards?
If you suspect fraudulent activity or if your card is lost or stolen, the first step is to block your card immediately from the Statrys platform or app.
After blocking the card, please contact our support team to report the incident. We may ask you to provide additional details to initiate and conduct an investigation.
