How do I change user roles on my Statrys Business Account?
There are two ways to update user roles on a Statrys Business Account, depending on the level of access required.
1. Admin Approvers
Admin Approvers can manage user roles across all accounts linked under the same entity. They are also the only users who can assign the Admin Approver role to another user.
To update a user’s role, an Admin Approver can follow these steps:
- Log in to the Statrys Business Account via the website version
- Select the relevant virtual account
- Go to the Team tab
- Select the user whose role needs to be updated
- Choose the new role from the drop-down menu
- Click Save to confirm the changes
2. Transaction Approvers (Virtual Account-Level Access)
Within a specific virtual account, users with the Transaction Approver role can update user roles for that account only.
Note: Transaction Approvers cannot assign the Admin Approver role.
To change a user's role within a virtual account, the Transaction Approver can follow these steps:
- Log in to the Statrys Business Account via the website version
- Go to the Team tab
- Select the user whose role needs to be updated
- Choose the new role from the drop-down menu
- Click Save to confirm the changes
