What are the user roles available on the Statrys business account?
There are five user roles available in the Statrys business account, each with different permissions:
- Approver Admin: This role has the highest level of access and full visibility across all linked accounts under one entity. Approver Admins can apply for additional business accounts, manage user permissions and visibility, invite users, apply for cards, and access all balances, transactions, and statements.
- Transaction Approver: This role can prepare and execute transfers, cancel transfers, invite users, and manage operational activities for their assigned accounts. Transaction Approvers can only view and operate accounts assigned to them and may only apply for cards for those accounts.
- Transaction Maker: Users with this role are permitted to prepare transfer instructions, edit payee details, and view transactions for their assigned accounts.
- Reader: Users assigned this role can only view account balances and transaction history for their assigned accounts.
- Accountant: This role enables users to view account balances, transfer history, and sync transfer details with Xero Accounting Software for their assigned accounts.
