What is Maker-approver?
Maker-approver is a set of features designed for Statrys business account users, providing the ability to set up transfers for later approval based on the following user role capabilities:
- Approver Admin - User has all permissions available to a Transaction Approver, plus administrative permissions to manage user access across the company.
- Transaction Approver - User has full access to the assigned Statrys business account
- Transaction Maker - User can prepare payments to be confirmed at a later time and cancel their own pending transfers.
- Reader - User has read-only access to the Statrys business account
- Accountant - User has read-only access to the Statrys business account and can access e-statements for financial tasks.
The Maker-approver is a robust feature that enhances the convenience, security and control of payment processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with the organization's specific requirements.
