What documents do I need for company incorporation?

To begin the company incorporation process in Singapore, you will generally be required to provide the following documents:

  • Passport (or NRIC, where applicable) of all directors and shareholders
  • Proof of residential address of all directors and shareholders (dated within the last 3 months)
  • Certified True Copies (CTC) of the above documents, where required for regulatory or compliance purposes

All documents must be in English. Where documents are issued in another language, a certified English translation will be required.

In certain cases, additional information or documents may be requested as part of regulatory, AML, or due diligence checks. Our Company Secretary team may also ask a few follow-up questions to better understand the company’s ownership structure and business activities.

The entire application process is 100% online, and our team will guide you through each step.
