How we did this — We went through Sleek's full Hong Kong company registration online application in May 2026, selecting the "Full Compliance" plan. We went through the checkout page and tested different configurations to observe how prices shift across setups. All Sleek prices in this review are from their published pricing pages and the fees disclosed during the application flow. This article is a companion to our Sleek Standard plan review and our Sleek Compliance plan review.
Sleek's Full Compliance plan is their most comprehensive incorporation offering. The package builds on the Compliance plan by adding audit and Profit Tax filing on top, and is designed for foreign founders who want everything handled in one place.
Sleek advertises the Full Compliance plan from HKD 15,973, but after going through the full onboarding ourselves, the minimum total we arrived at was HKD 16,274. The moment your company has a second shareholder, needs to pay salaries, or has monthly expenses above HKD 15,000, the price grows. Most of that complexity is invisible until you're halfway through the application.
The 30-second version
Advertised from HKD 15,973. In our May 2026 walkthrough, the lowest total we reached was HKD 16,274. Here's what that price doesn't cover, and where the cost grows from there:
- Audit is non-negotiable in Hong Kong. Every active company is legally required to file audited accounts. The Full Compliance plan is the only Sleek company incorporation plan that includes an audit. If you are an active Hong Kong company looking to use the Sleek service, you will need this plan unless you use an external auditor.
- Business account with a third-party provider. At the end of the flow, Sleek refers you to third-party partners ( Aspire or Airwallex). These are separate applications with separate providers.
- More than one shareholder? Add at least HKD 600.
- Need a Premium Company Secretary? Add at least HKD 2,500.
- Monthly expenses above HKD 15,000? Both accounting and audit costs increase. Moving from the first to the second expense band adds HKD 4,660 to your accounting bill and HKD 2,750 to your audit bill.
By comparison, Statrys uses transaction-based pricing, includes audited financial statements at every tier at no extra fee, and provides its own multi-currency business account. The account application runs in the same flow as company setup. We'll get to the head-to-head later.
How Sleek presents the Full Compliance plan
On Sleek's pricing page, the Full Compliance plan is presented as a single all-in figure: HKD 15,973. The plan description lists company incorporation, company secretary, registered address, accounting, audit, and Profit Tax filing, Sleek markets it as an all-in solution for foreign founders.
What the pricing page does not show: accounting has three sub-tiers, each with different features and prices. Both accounting and audit scale across five monthly expense bands. The audit itself has two tiers: Standard and Premium. Company Secretary also has two tiers with different capabilities, and the fee scales further by shareholder count. All of this only appears once you enter the onboarding.
Five variables determine your real cost (none shown upfront on the pricing page):
- Number of shareholders
- Company Secretary tier (Standard or Premium)
- Monthly expense band (drives both accounting and audit)
- Accounting sub-tier (Basic, Standard, or Premium)
- Audit tier (Standard or Premium)
First learning: We could not reproduce the advertised price in our walkthrough
In our May 2026 walkthrough, we could not reproduce the HKD 15,973 advertised price. The minimum total we arrived at was HKD 16,274, and that already assumes the simplest possible setup.
Want to know exactly what range you might pay? Use the tool below to see how each variable shifts the price in real time:
Crossing HKD 15,000 in monthly expenses, the first expense band, triggers increases in both accounting and audit before anything else changes.
Second learning: Full Compliance is the only Sleek plan that bundles audit
If you want audit handled by Sleek, Full Compliance is the plan to get. It's the only one in their company incorporation plan lineup that includes an audit.
Sleek does offer audit as a standalone service, but it doesn't save you money — if you were to buy the Compliance plan and add audit separately, you'd end up paying the same as Full Compliance plan.
Audit is legally required in Hong Kong for almost every active company, under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Failing to file audited financial statements is not a grey area. Companies can face fines of up to HKD 300,000, directors can face personal liability and disqualification, and persistent non-compliance can lead to strike-off proceedings.
What an external audit actually costs
For most newly incorporated private limited companies, audit fees in Hong Kong typically range from HKD 8,000 to HKD 20,000+ per year, depending on revenue, transaction volume, and complexity.
What Statrys does differently: Statrys includes audited financial statements as part of its standard accounting service at every tier. Audit is not a separate line item, not an upgrade, and not an add-on. Every client receives audited accounts as part of the base service, and is told this upfront, before completing the onboarding.
Third learning: Cross HKD 15,000 a month and the price jumps
Unlike the Compliance plan where only accounting scales with expenses, the Full Compliance plan has two separate line items that both scale: accounting and audit. Both are priced across five expense bands. The advertised price is built on the lowest band, expenses under HKD 15,000 per month.
If your expenses go over HKD 15,000/month, you would pay at a minimum HKD 23,684 instead of HKD 16,274. That's HKD 7,410 more, just from crossing the first expense band, before touching shareholder count or Company Secretary tier.
Accounting sub-tiers
After the Company Secretary step, a new screen appears: accounting plan selection. Three sub-tiers, each with significantly different features, all priced by your monthly expense band. The sub-tiers are named Annual Filing & Bookkeeping (Basic), Accounting & Payroll (Standard), and Accounting Premium. The HKD 16,274 minimum is built on Basic, the cheapest sub-tier. The two higher sub-tiers only surface after you've started signing up.
| Feature | Basic | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bookkeeping frequency | Annual | Monthly | Monthly |
| Unaudited Financial Statements | Annual | Annual | Annual |
| Audited Financial Statements | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

| Basic tax advice | ✗ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Support response time | 5 days | 48 hours | 24 hours |

If you plan to pay yourself a salary as a director, Basic isn't enough. Payroll (including your own) requires Standard at minimum. Leave management and the quarterly senior-accountant review are Premium-only.
Accounting pricing by monthly expense band

Standard Audit vs Premium Audit: what is the difference?
After selecting your accounting sub-tier, Sleek presents two audit tiers. The difference is not just price.
| Feature | Standard Audit | Premium Audit |
|---|---|---|
| Audited financial statements (HK SME-FRS) | ✓ | ✓ |
| Profits Tax calculation and filing | ✓ | ✓ |
| Auditor support throughout the engagement | ✓ | ✓ |
| Offshore tax exemption assessment | ✗ | ✓ |
| Complex structures / assets | ✗ | ✓ |
| Recommended for | Companies with assets below HKD 10M | Companies with assets above HKD 10M, offshore arrangements, or complex structures |
Audit pricing by monthly expense band
After selecting your accounting sub-tier, a second screen appears for audit plan selection. Each has its own price table, also scaling across the same five expense bands.
| Monthly expenses | Standard Audit | Premium Audit |
|---|---|---|
| Under HKD 15,000 | HKD 5,500 | HKD 8,000 |
| HKD 15,000–50,000 | HKD 8,250 | HKD 10,750 |
| HKD 50,000–100,000 | HKD 11,000 | HKD 13,500 |
| HKD 100,000–200,000 | HKD 15,000 | HKD 17,500 |
| HKD 200,000–400,000 | HKD 22,000 | HKD 24,500 |
* Companies with monthly expenses above HKD 400,000 require a custom quote from Sleek directly.
Companies with assets exceeding HKD 10M are recommended to take Premium Audit by Sleek. The final tier may be confirmed by Sleek after reviewing your details. Anyone can choose Premium Audit voluntarily, the price difference from Standard Audit is a fixed HKD 2,500 across all expense bands.
Fourth learning: Company Secretary fees appear later and scale with shareholder count
The HKD 16,274 minimum is built on the Standard Company Secretary tier with one shareholder. Sleek offers two tiers, Standard and Premium. The fee scales across seven shareholder bands. Neither the tiers nor the scaling are visible on the pricing page. They only appear inside the application flow.
Standard is positioned for companies with a stable structure. If you need to allot shares, transfer shares, or appoint or remove a director at any point during the year, these changes are not covered under the Standard annual fee, you will need to pay additionally. These are not edge cases: bringing in a co-founder, onboarding an investor, or making any equity change all fall into this category.
We contacted Sleek's support team about adding a shareholder after incorporation on the Standard plan. They confirmed a one-off ad hoc fee of HKD 2,500, plus a prorated upgrade to the annual Company Secretary fee. The total comes to approximately HKD 3,000 to add one shareholder, with a processing time of 5–7 working days. This cost is not mentioned during onboarding, nor on the pricing page. If you plan to bring in a co-founder or investor after incorporation, factor this in before choosing your Company Secretary tier at onboarding.
| Shareholders | Standard (per year) | Premium (per year) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | HKD 1,300 | HKD 3,800 |
| 2 | HKD 1,900 | HKD 4,400 |
| 3–5 | HKD 2,300 | HKD 4,800 |
| 6–9 | HKD 2,900 | HKD 5,400 |
| 10–20 | HKD 4,000 | HKD 6,500 |
| 21–30 | HKD 5,300 | HKD 7,800 |
| 30+ | HKD 6,500 | HKD 9,000 |
For a company with two shareholders, the Standard fee rises from HKD 1,300 to HKD 1,900, a HKD 600 increase that applies to 63% of companies incorporating in Hong Kong.
Fifth learning: The business account step sends you somewhere else
Near the end of the Full Compliance application flow, a screen appears offering a "free bank account" through Aspire or Airwallex. These are third-party partners. Sleek does not operate its own business account in Hong Kong. Opening an account through this step means starting a separate application process with a separate provider, with its own onboarding, approval criteria, and terms.
What Statrys does differently: Statrys operates its own multi-currency business account, integrated into the same company setup and accounting flow. The account application is part of the same process, not a referral to an external provider.
Statrys vs. Sleek: how each service is priced
Sleek and Statrys use fundamentally different pricing models. Here's a side-by-side on the key dimensions.
| Feature | Sleek Full Compliance | Statrys |
|---|---|---|
| Company Secretary | HKD 1,300–9,000/yr. Scales by shareholder count × 2 tiers. Not shown on pricing page. | Flat, included in CC package |
| Accounting | HKD 3,500–72,000/yr. Based on monthly expense volume × 3 sub-tiers | From HKD 891/mo. Based on transaction count × 8 tiers |
| Audited financial statements | HKD 5,500–24,500/yr. Priced separately by expense band | Bundled, no separate fee |
| Offshore tax filing | Premium Audit only. +HKD 2,500 vs Standard Audit. IRD eligibility required. | Add-on: HKD 2,000. IRD eligibility required. |
| Profit Tax filing | ✓ Included | ✓ Included |
| Business account | ✗ Via Aspire / Airwallex. Separate application, separate provider | ✓ In-house, same flow |
| Pricing visible before onboarding | ✗ Sub-tiers revealed inside flow only | ✓ Full price shown upfront |
Two notes before you run the numbers: Statrys collects a 3-month advance payment, which isn't a deposit. It covers your first three months of service. From month 4 onward, you're billed monthly based on actual transaction count, and the fee adjusts if your volume crosses tier boundaries.
Sleek prices on expense volume; Statrys prices on transaction count. They're different variables. Use consistent inputs when comparing annual costs.

What to ask before you choose
- Do I have my own external auditor? If not, the Full Compliance plan is your option within Sleek to get audit covered.
- How many shareholders does my company have? The minimum price assumes one shareholder on Standard Company Secretary. A second shareholder adds HKD 600/yr immediately.
- Will my shareholder structure change? Adding directors, transferring shares, or bringing in new investors requires Premium Company Secretary. This means adding at least HKD 2,500.
- What are my realistic monthly expenses? Salary counts. Most founders exceed HKD 15,000/month immediately, upgrading both accounting and audit costs.
- Do I need offshore tax filing? Not available in any accounting sub-tier, only through Premium Audit. Not all companies qualify; eligibility depends on IRD review.
- Am I comparing Sleek's expense-based pricing with Statrys' transaction-based pricing? These are different metrics. Use the calculator above for a like-for-like comparison.
