Job Description:

We have teams with expertise in building next-generation digital payment product following Agile methodology. They have been building, testing, and releasing new features to end-users every day. (Even a tiny feature goes live for testing user experience with possibility of improving it based on feedback).

We hold a considerable product roadmap that is aligned to be one stop solution for SMEs coming years. We are looking for someone with an Agile mindset who can work closely with the Product Owner in understanding business model, assessing how the new items fit in our service offering, working closely with design team for UX flow design, and grooming backlog with fine-grained user stories, so the cross-functional teams can implement and release them in subsequent sprint cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product owner in requirement analysis, scoping, fine-grained user stories preparation and backlog grooming.
• Work with UX team for getting flow and UX design and prototype testing.
• Keep eye on users experience feedback and look for possibilities for solving it by proposing new features or enhancing existing ones.
• Prepare UAT cases for integrations with other financial institutions and different third party services and execute them.
• Conduct market research to find viable services aligned toward digital payment channels and create use cases to enhance our product experience.

Requirements:

• An Agile practitioner with 2 – 5 years’ experience in the Scrum methodology process.
• The one who has worked with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and implementation phases of the product.
• Holds handful of experience in story slicing techniques and writing detail acceptance criteria on the user stories.
• Hands-on with SQL to analyse production data to understand transactions and their patterns
• Someone passionate to work in a start-up culture and comfortable wearing different hats.
• Open to learn and contribute in building best class user experience of digital payment product, e-KYC process, transaction monitoring systems, online business accounting solutions, etc
• Experience with business banking and/or card transaction settlement will be plus

Desirable Skills / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Have used Figma for creating prototype
• Familiar with Rest API standards along with JSON structure
