Really enjoying my Statrys company account, the whole platform has been great and it's also constantly improving giving users more features and room to maneuver. A great option for SMEs looking to enter the Asian market without the usual roadblocks, the proper scope of financial services, and on-point customer service. Definitely recommended.

We have been very happy using Statrys. The platform is well done and quite user-friendly. The best is the customer service, always very reactive.

We use the Statrys platform regularly for currency exchange. Rates are competitive and customer service is there whenever there is a need. It would be great if the turnaround time were slightly faster but overall we are very happy with the service.

The process for creating the accounts was simple and straightforward. The interviews have been pleasant and the interaction with the Statrys employees has been very professional. I would recommend any business that has operations around the globe and companies in Hong Kong to consider Statrys. My past experience with two banks in Hong Kong has been very disappointing.

We have a business account at Statrys which was accommodated smoothly on opening in 2020. The multi-currency and good exchange rates are a plus. The most positive I am over our EU local account connected, this makes easy and fast transfers possible within the SEPA region for very low costs. It was a bit more difficult to open however worth the wait !

We started our account with Statrys for a business in Hong Kong. The process was quick and straightforward from the get-go. The information about any transaction is immediate and the team support is outstanding. All goes by the regulations but this seems to be no reason for any delays or complications, very satisfying to have such a competent banking partner.

We do have our Company's Business Account with Statrys. We are into the business of Commodity Trading. We receive payments from our customers based in South America and we pay our suppliers based in Asia. Our experience with Statrys has been very smooth. If you are looking for speed in your payments with the personal touch of customer service then Statrys is the destination. After working with them, the need to have an account with a conventional Bank has been minimized because of the ease and comfort which we do have with Statrys. We do recommend to Small and mid-size enterprises to have their business account with Statrys and feel the difference of receiving and sending the payments.

Let's start with I hate banks. But not Statrys. The user experience is impeccable and the customer service...I could say it's excellent, but the point is that is HUMAN. You send an email, they reply with an actual solution to your problem, not just a link to read a protocol or three thick paragraphs that do not get you anywhere. Always within 24hours, always without the 'call me and wait in line for 3 hours' or even worse please send me an actual letter with some papers. Way to go!

The whole process of opening my account was very easy and fast. Their online portal is very friendly. Excellent customer service (difficult to find in a traditional bank).
