BBCIncorp lists an all-in renewal fee of USD 899 under Basic, and its footnote notes that government fees are included in the first year. Confirm with BBCIncorp what the renewal covers, and the renewal price for Essential and Premium, before you budget for year two.

Premium bookkeeping covers 120 transactions a year, which is 10 a month. A company paying suppliers weekly would go over that, so check how extra transactions are priced.

The package page doesn't list an audit or a profits tax return in any of the three packages. Hong Kong companies need their accounts audited each year, so ask BBCIncorp how it prices accounting and audit, or budget for an auditor separately. BBCIncorp also runs limited-time offers, so confirm the final price at checkout.

What Two Years Cost

Take a founder abroad who needs incorporation, a registered address and a company secretary, and nothing else.

USD converted at HKD 7.80. The Hong Kong dollar is pegged to the US dollar within a narrow band, so the figure moves little.

On these numbers, BBCIncorp's Basic package is about HKD 820 cheaper over two years than Statrys. Both sides can change at renewal: BBCIncorp's agreement applies its rates at the time of renewal, and what the USD 899 covers in year two is worth confirming. Basic also doesn't include business account support, which Statrys's package does.

Company Secretary and Registered Address

Every package includes annual return filing, AGM paperwork and statutory records maintenance, plus a Hong Kong registered address with mail scanning for one year. BCorpsec Limited, BBCIncorp's licensed Hong Kong entity, provides the service. A local company's registered office must be in Hong Kong, according to the Companies Registry, so this covers a requirement rather than adding a perk. Partner-Led Business Account Support

BBCIncorp does not issue its own business account. Essential routes you to an Airwallex application, and Premium supports applications to traditional banks or e-money institutions (licensed non-bank payment providers). If the first Airwallex application is declined, the page promises advice on suitable alternatives. Account decisions are made by the banks and payment providers themselves, as with any provider that supports applications to partners. Allow time for the account step in your plan.

Dormant Company Package

BBCIncorp's 2-year dormant package costs USD 1,499. It covers the dormancy filing, two years of registered office and company secretary services, and dormant accounting, audit and tax filing. It suits an owner who needs to pause a company without dissolving it. Most new founders will not need it.

What BBCIncorp's Terms Say

BBCIncorp's Hong Kong contract is with BCorpsec Limited, under its service agreement and a separate refund policy. These are the parts most relevant to a new client.

These terms are typical of Hong Kong corporate service providers: anti-money laundering checks are a legal duty for every licensed provider, and automatic renewal and liability caps are common in service contracts. Deducting only card processing fees when BBCIncorp declines an application is client-friendly.

Two points are worth confirming with BBCIncorp before you order: how a declined business account application affects your package fee, and how the compliance check fee would be calculated for your case.

BBCIncorp Application Process

BBCIncorp's process has four steps, and verification is the slow one. You place an order and complete an intake form, pay, complete online eKYC (identity checks done remotely by video and document upload), then download your certified documents from the client portal.

Documents must be in English or officially translated, and BBCIncorp notes that requirements may vary by case. Under its agreement, the timeline starts once your documents are accepted and your company name is approved. Notarisation, translation and any extra document requests typically take longer than the filing itself.
