I'm having trouble signing up

Here are a few common problems or errors that can prevent you from signing up for a Statrys account.

1. Make sure you're on our signup page

You can apply for an account by heading to our signup page here.

2. You might already have an account with us

Have you signed up with Statrys in the past, using the same email address?

To check, try resetting your password using your email address. If you have signed up with us before, you'll get an email notification to prompt you to reset your password.

Once your password is changed, you can just log in here and click ‘Open Application’ to apply for an account

3. Your files might be too large

When uploading documents, please ensure the size does not exceed 4MB and they are in Docx, Doc, PDF, JPG, or PNG formats

4. Check your spam/junk folder for the verification email

If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder as it may have been filtered there by your computer's spam filter.

5. Try hard refresh if the page is not responsive
