Clients will receive an email notification once an FX order has been executed.
If the email confirmation is not found:
- Make sure that you are using the same email as the user account that executed the FX order
- Check all inboxes including spam, updates, promotions, etc.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your FX order has been executed. This notification serves as confirmation that the order has been successfully processed.
In case the email confirmation is not found, we recommend taking the following steps:
1. Ensure that you are checking the email associated with the user account used to execute the FX order.
2. Check all email inboxes, including the spam, updates, and promotions folders. The notification sometimes might be filtered into one of these folders.
