Swapnil is a seasoned Solutions Architect with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry with a passion for building robust and scalable systems that meet the needs of the company and its customers. He started his career as a Senior Software Engineer at Statrys, where he contributed to the company platform. Currently, Swapnil is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure services to develop highly secure, reliable, and available systems. This involves collaborating with both tech and business teams to ensure that the systems meet Statrys' goals.

Throughout his career, Swapnil has worked with several top-tier financial institutions, including HSBC, Mastercard, and UBS. He has contributed to the development of various products, such as risk calculations for bonds/swaps/repo, fixed income, mortgages, and investment portfolio management. Swapnil has worked across multiple locations, including India, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong, gaining valuable experience in different markets and cultures.
