What is the Corporate Secretarial Services fee?

The Corporate Secretarial Services Fee is an annual fee that covers all essential services to ensure your business stays compliant with statutory requirements.

The fee includes:

• Company Secretarial Services – Ongoing support to ensure compliance with local regulations, including filing necessary paperwork and maintaining statutory records.
• Registered address & Mail scanning services – Use of Statrys' registered address for official correspondence and government filings.
• Business Registration Renewal—We handle the renewal of your Business Registration Certificate (Government fees included).
• Annual Return Filing – We prepare and file your company’s Annual Return to keep your business in good standing with the Companies Registry, including government fees.

How much is it, and When is the Fee Charged?

The Corporate Secretarial Services Fee is HKD 7,740 per year and will be charged when you appoint Statrys as your company secretary.
