Axel Firer

Axel has built a distinguished career in project management, focusing on the finance and insurance sectors. He started his career in 2011 in Japan, where he honed his skills at a prominent French Investment Bank, working with both the Finance and Operation departments, directly under the COO of the Japan branch. From there, Axel expanded his global reach by transitioning to Thailand in 2014, serving as a consultant for the United Nations before returning to the private sector.

In his subsequent roles, Axel demonstrated a track record of success in operations and business expansion projects at a leading American insurance company and one of Asia's largest insurance brokers. Now, as the Business Expansion Manager at Statrys, Axel's experience and industry knowledge led him to be in charge of license acquisitions from regulators across various countries. He is also responsible for forging critical partnerships with top-tier financial institutions, aiming to develop new features and payment routes to establish Statrys as the premier payment platform in South-East Asia.
