If you wish to cancel your order after the payment is received by Statrys, please let us know immediately, and we will proceed to refund. We'll process a refund for the purchase price, which will be credited back to your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your order after we have started your application, Statrys has already paid charges related to the incorporation of your company, including but not limited to the government and filing fees paid to the Hong Kong Companies Registry or to the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
What is not covered?
Refunds do not include government fees or third-party processing fees.
