What is Maker-approver?

Maker-approver is a set of features designed for Statrys Business Account users, providing the ability to set up transfers for later approval based on the following user role capabilities:

1. Transaction Approver - User has full access to the Statrys Business Account
2. Transaction Maker - User can prepare payments to be confirmed at a later time and cancel their own pending transfers.
3. Reader - User has read-only access to the Statrys Business Account
4. Accountant - User has read-only access to the Statrys Business Account and can access e-statements for financial tasks.
