Does Statrys accept cheques?
In accordance with Hong Kong and Statrys Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, Statrys only accepts cheque deposits upon the following conditions:
- Cheque Copy Submission: Copy and details of the cheques (Amount and Remitter) must be sent in advance to rfi@statrys.com and ops@statrys.com
- Cheque Clearance: Cheques can be deposited at any DBS ATM or DBS Counters after related copies/details have been emailed. The process typically takes 1-2 business days for the amount to reflect in our system.
- Cheque Handling Fee: No Fee will be charged if Step 1 has been completed.
IMPORTANT: If Copies/Details are not provided upfront, an additional Fee of 100 HKD to 250 HKD will be charged for each cheque to cover compliance and operation costs.
To ensure a smoother use of your account, we strongly recommend encouraging your business partners /clients to opt for wire transfers as our primary supported payment method.
