What happens when the account has insufficient funds to cover the monthly fees?

If the account has insufficient funds to cover the monthly charges, a reminder will be sent to the account holder to top up their account to keep it open. If the client doesn't have enough funds after 3 months, their account may be suspended or terminated. In case of suspension or termination, a notice will be sent to the account holder before any action is taken.
