How do I report fraud, lost or stolen cards?

If you suspect fraudulent activities on your card, please contact our support team immediately. If your card is lost or stolen, let them know about the incident.

We may ask you to provide additional information to initiate an investigation so that we can collaborate with our card provider and conduct a thorough inquiry.
