How do I report fraud, lost or stolen cards?
If you suspect fraudulent activity, or if your card is lost or stolen, the first step is to block your card immediately from the Statrys platform.
After blocking the card, please contact our support team to report the incident. We may ask you to provide additional details to initiate an investigation, so we can work with our card provider and conduct a thorough inquiry.
