How can I receive my physical card?
Once we receive your physical cards from our card provider, the card will be shipped according to your confirmed address.
The delivery is free for Hong Kong and Thailand addresses.
For addresses outside of Hong Kong or Thailand, a charge will be deducted directly from your Statrys account. We charge at cost based on DHL Express Delivery shipping rate (approximately HKD 140 - 580 based on your location).
