Can I cancel my payments?

You can reach out to the support team to cancel the payment and/or amend the payment details. However, if the payment has already been successfully processed and debited from our system, please note that there will be a handling fee associated with this service.

For SWIFT payments, there is a service fee of HKD 500. As for the Local Payout Network, the service fee is HKD 200. It's important to remember that the ability to cancel or amend a payment depends on its status and whether it has already been processed.

Please also note that this type of request could take some time to complete as there is usually more than one bank involved.  We advise you to contact our support team as soon as possible to discuss your specific payment and explore the available options based on its current status.
