Can I make an FPS payment using a telephone number/email/FPS ID?
No, we are unable to process payments solely based on a telephone number, email address, or FPS ID. To initiate an FPS payment, Statrys requires the full bank account information, including the following details:
- Account number
- Account name
- Bank code
- Branch code
- SWIFT Code (if applicable)
Having all the necessary bank account information ensures the accurate and secure transfer of funds to the intended recipient. Please ensure that you provide the complete bank account details when initiating an FPS payment through Statrys.
