How long does it take for payments to arrive in a Statrys account?
The timing for crediting incoming payments to your STATRYS account depends on several factors. Here's an overview of the process:
Local payments (from another bank account in Hong Kong):
- If the payment is in HKD, CNY, or USD, your STATRYS business account is typically credited on the same business day. However, if the payment was instructed via Autopay (a payment clearing system in Hong Kong with no transfer fee), the credit will be processed on the next business day.
- For payments in currencies other than HKD, CNY and USD, your STATRYS business account is generally credited on the next business day. However, in some cases, it may take up to three business days depending on the issuing bank and the currency.
International payments (from a bank account outside of Hong Kong):
- Payments from international sources are usually credited to your STATRYS business account within 2 or 3 business days. However, please note that additional business days may be required depending on the issuing bank and the specific currency involved.
