How do I upload supporting documents for payments?

Uploading supporting documents for your payments is now a straightforward process, accessible directly through our Payment App and mobile app. This feature enhances the convenience of your transactions and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Here's how you can do it:

  1. First, log in to your Statrys account.
  2. Click on the "Transfer" tab located in the top section of the dashboard.
  3. Enter the payment details along with the preferred currency of your choice. Note that you can schedule payments for now or future (if sending the same currency). For foreign exchange, the system displays the Statrys rate, the live rate. You can also view the transfer fees and choose to absorb all charges or partially.
  4. Choose the payee of your payment from your list of existing payees or opt to add a new one. Continue to the next step by clicking "Continue."
  5. In the following window, you'll notice a new section labeled “Supporting Documents.” Here, you can attach any documents required for your transaction. Ensure all other payment details are complete before proceeding.
  6. Review all entered details for accuracy. Submit your payment by clicking "Submit Now" for immediate execution or "Confirm Later" if you wish to finalize the transfer at a later time. You may be prompted to enter a 6-digit code for verification.
  7. Note that the payment amount and any associated transfer fees will be debited from your account separately, ensuring full transparency of your transaction costs.
